Welcome to FarmHouse Malt, located in Newark Valley NY.  We are an artisanal malthouse, producing malted products from barley grain grown local to New York State.  At FarmHouse Malt we incorporate the time-tested techniques of malting with state-of-the-art interactive digital monitoring equipment (programed by our own Maltster), serving New York State breweries, homebrewers and distillers.  We bring years of training and practice, with an emphasis on malt for craft brewing.  Our 2-row and 6-row pale ale malts are steeped, germinated, dried and kilned in custom tanks suited specifically for the task of converting valuable barley grain into malt for beer.  It is a noble profession!
